The dedusting system of the ladle refining furnace usually adopts the method of “airtight cover/roof cover” + fourth hole exhaust smoke + mechanical cooler + sub-chamber back-blowing large bag filter or pulse cleaning bag filter”, which can be arranged according to the working conditions of the plant and the workshop layout. and the expected flue gas emission standards, and appropriately adjust the flue gas collection and treatment methods.

Flue gas capture mode
The flue gas produced by LF ladle refining furnace is usually captured by furnace cover roof or mobile semi closed cover; When the furnace roof is used to capture the flue gas of the refining furnace, part of the flue gas escapes from around the electrode hole. Therefore, the mobile semi-closed cover is more conducive to capturing the flue gas during smelting.
The mobile semi-closed cover is composed of a mobile cover and a fixed cover. A thermal insulation layer is arranged in the cover to prevent thermal deformation of the cover body. Remove the moving cover during LF furnace maintenance or electrode change.
