Square Billet / Round Billet Flame Cutter Machine
The automatic flame cutter machine for continuous casting square billet/round billet is the main equipment in the continuous casting production line for billet/round billet. Its function is to cut solidified and straightened billet into fixed or double-sized billets required for the next procedure during the continuous casting production process.

According to the different configurations of the cutting machine power system, the billet/round cutting machine can be divided into FGR pneumatic flame cutter and FGA/B/C electric flame cutter. According to the number of driving devices and the movement track of the cutting nozzle, the electric flame cutter can be divided into FGA single-drive lower arc fire cutter, FGB double-drive lower arc fire cutter, and FGC double-drive upper arc fire cutter.

Main Features of Hani Metallurgy FG Billet/Round Billet Flame Cutter Machine:
(1) Unique assembled water-cooled body design greatly prolongs the service life of the cutting machine under long-term high-temperature conditions;
(2) The flame cutting machine with the cutting nozzle moving track of the lower arc is equipped with Hani metallurgy’s proprietary coaxial design structure of cutting gun arm/clamping arm, which completely eliminates the disadvantage of difficult cutting of the cutting nozzle due to the improper edge of the cutting gun caused by the deviation of the billet caused by the uneven amount of secondary cooling water in the billet continuous casting;
(3) Excellent water cooling system design:
① Overflow pressure relief under high pressure of cooling water completely eliminates the potential danger of cracking the welding seam of equipment caused by the high pressure of cooling water;
② Automatic alarm when cooling water is cut off to effectively prevent dangerous operation of cutting machine without cooling water;
(4) Advanced isobaric powder spraying design, continuous, stable, and adjustable powder amount;
(5) Practical cutting operation program. The cutting operation software designed and programmed by Hani metallurgy combines the practical experience of many users of billet/round flame cutter machines in China, featuring complete functions, easy operation, and easy modification.
(6) Selection of accessories with excellent performance:
①Effective and fast cutting nozzles for inner coating of KF series specially designed by Hani Metallurgy are provided with quicker cutting speed, narrower cutting seam, and longer service life;
② Select the components of the proximity switch, encoder, and solenoid valve of an internationally famous brand to further improve the performance of the cutting machine;
③ Length measurement of cutting length is carried out by an infrared TV camera, which greatly improves the accuracy of length measurement.
